Two-thirds of Penn State Berks students live off campus in the vibrant Berks County and greater Reading area. Though many students live off campus, there are still a wide range of services available to all Penn State students, including ample free parking, accessible hours to campus facilities, campus activities, and meal plans.

- Students with cars should register them with the campus to obtain their parking permit
- Commuter students may park in the G 1, 2, 3, 4 and overflow lots
- Commuter students may not park in the Residence Hall or Luerssen Lots
